Tail Loop for Frames
If you are looking for a way to clean up the rear end of your Cafe racer, Bobber or Tracker check out these frame loops. Made from either 1 inch (25.4mm) or 7/8th (22.2mm) tubing with a wall thickness of 1/16th inch (1.7mm) these will match many aftermarket seat bases or you can make your own seat base.
Our bends are all cold rolled as you can see in our video so a great result can be expected from our jig as it keeps it’s strength. A minor amount of distortion is expected on the tighter loops (ie 190mm width) with the 25.4mm tube so keep that in mind when ordering.
