We love hearing from our customers! Some questions pop up more then others so maybe the answers you seek are written below…


Do you ship Internationally? Yes. All our parts can be shipped internationally. We ship by Australia Post Registered Air Mail. That means someone will need to sign for it at the buyers end. If you wish to have tracking or domestic express we can do that as well. Get in touch with us at the time of your order.


Do you offer ‘Combined Postage’? We do one better. Whatever you order from us has discounted shipping. If you buy multiple items, the heaviest/largest item is used as the basis of the shipping cost and we will ship everything else FREE!


How do I find out what shipping costs are? Simply click the parts that you want, go to ‘view cart’, click on ‘calculate shipping’ and put your details in there.  All changes can be made before the payment is processed.


Do you make all your parts in house? No. We are distributors for a number of high end motorcycle parts companies especially in Japan. We do still make  lot of our parts in house, including seats, CNC parts and tail loops etc..


Do your seats fit all SR400’s? All of our SR400 and SR500 seats work with the non Fuel Injected models. To fit them to the newest models you will need a Nitroheads kit available here:  http://mostynindustries.com.au/product/tray-seat-mount-2014-sr400/


I have something I want made up from scratch. Can you help? Yes we can. We have a full workshop for all your CNC custom parts. This can be a drawn-out and expensive process from design stage to finished product.

What is the expected time frame for delivery? We keep over 95% of our parts in stock (that number keeps improving as we have these new fan dangled technologies called “computers” and “inventory systems”. Due to the very low volume sales of our bigger Japanese parts there can be a wait of up to two weeks. We will contact you at the time of your order if this is the case.


Do you offer a warranty for your parts? We do. If you receive the parts and they are defective, get in touch with us within two weeks and we will organise a refund or replacement for you. We ask that any returns are in ‘as sold’ condition and that you put a note with the item including the invoice number to help us expedite your return.


Can I collect the parts? We work from a workshop and yes, if we have the parts in stock you’re welcome to come and collect them from us.


I live locally, can you fit the parts? Yes we can. We have a fully equipped workshop and qualified mechanics.


I’m looking for a part for my bike but can’t find it. Where to from here? Get in touch with us, whether you are after an OEM part or a hard to find aftermarket part and we will do our best to track something down for you.
